Can you get a no contact order after harassment on social media?

In this day and age, it is not uncommon for people to use some form of social media on a daily basis. Florida has laws in place to combat cyber stalking and other forms of harassment online, but the laws regarding social media posts are a bit unclear. Recently, a woman was able to get a no contact order against a man who was harassing her under the guise of protest. 

Parents facing child custody dilemma in Florida

A panel of experts was recently assembled to look into a growing problem for families in Florida. Children in Florida and several other states are having trouble gaining access to proper mental health care. While one might think a family that cannot afford such care would be given assistance from the state, this is not always the case. Some parents now feel forced to relinquish child custody so that their children can get the care they need.
